How do I upgrade my subscription?

In the billing menu you can upgrade your Socital plan.

Log into your Socital account.
Click on your avatar on the top right corner.

Click on "Billing".

Click on "Update Plan".

Here you can see all the available plans and their monthly limits.
If you need help selecting the plan that is best for your business email us at sales@socital.com

Click on the "Buy Now" button of the plan you wish to purchase.

Hold tight while you are being redirected to the check-out page.

Review your Order Summary.
You will notice that the charge for the first instalment is automatically prorated (based on the days of your current billing term which you had already paid for).

You can simply re-use the card you have previously entered, or you can add a new card.

Click on "Subscribe".

Hold tight while we are activating your subscription.

Your subscription is now on the paid plan you purchased.
