What happens when I reach my monthly pageview limit?

When you reach your monthly pageview limit we will send you an email and you will also see an alert when you log into your account.

We also temporarily pause your campaigns.

How can I reactivate my campaigns if I reached my monthly pageview limit?

To reactivate your campaigns after having reached your monthly pageview limit, you can:

  1. Upgrade to a plan with higher limit. You can check your monthly pageview forecast in your account or your Google Analytics account to see which plan is best for your website.
  2. Wait until your usage resets. This means that you won't be converting any visitors until your campaigns reactivate. Note that if you don't upgrade to an appropriate plan based on your website's traffic you will most likely hit the limit again on the next monthly cycle.

Are my campaigns automatically reactivated?

Yes, if you either upgrade or your usage resets your campaigns will be reactivated automatically.
We will send you an email when this happens.

Can I access my Socital account if I have reached my monthly limit?

You can access all pages and functionality in your Socital account if you have reached your monthly limit, such as creating and editing campaigns, exporting leads, viewing performance stats of past campaigns and more,  except activating Socital campaigns on your website. Already active campaigns also won't be shown to your visitors while your usage exceeds your subscription's limit.
