How do I downgrade my subscription?

You can downgrade your paid Socital plan in the billing menu.

Log into your Socital account.
Click on your avatar on the top right corner.

Click on "Billing".

Click on "Update Plan".

Here you can see all the available plans and their monthly limits.
If you need help selecting the plan that is best for your business email us at sales@socital.com

Click on the "Buy Now" button of the plan you wish to purchase.

If you're sure you wish to downgrade your subscription, click on "Continue".

Hold tight while we update your subscription.

When downgrading a subscription, the changes will go into effect at the end of your current billing term for which you have already paid.

On the Next billing date, your subscription will be downgraded automatically and you will be charged with the amount that corresponds to the plan you have downgraded to.
