How to downgrade your Socital license from AppSumo to Tier 1

If you have activated a Tier 2 license for Socital on AppSumo, you can downgrade it to Tier 1 from within your AppSumo account.

ATTENTION: if you have created additional Socital accounts with your Tier 2 license, they will be all deactivated when you downgrade your original Socital account to Tier 1. The only Socital account that will remain active is the original Socital account with which you activated your AppSumo license. 

To downgrade your Tier 2 license for Socital, log into your AppSumo account and go to "My Products".

Find your Socital Tier 2 License and under "Actions" click on "Change Plan".

You will be redirected to the product page, click on "Change Plan"

Click on Tier 1 to change the plan of your license, and then click on "Continue to Payment".

Confirm by clicking on "Change Plan".

Hold tight while your Socital account is being updated. 

Your Socital account has now been updated.  The original account with which you activated your AppSumo license has now been downgraded to a Tier 1 subscription.

ATTENTION: any other additional accounts you had created with your Tier 2 license, besides the original one, have now been deactivated.
