How to refund your Socital license from AppSumo

You can refund the purchase of your Socital license from AppSumo from within your AppSumo account.

ATTENTION: the Socital account that was created when activating your AppSumo license, as well as any other additional accounts you created with your Tier 2 AppSumo license, will be deactivated when you refund your Socital license.

CONTACT APPSUMO SUPPORT: If you have issues with refunding the Socital license or receiving the funds back from AppSumo, please contact AppSumo support and not Socital support for these matters. AppSumo is handling payments and billing, therefore Socital support won't be able to assist you further on these specific matters.

To refund your Socital license from AppSumo, log into your AppSumo account and go to "My Products".

Find your Socital license and under "Actions" click on "Refund".

Click on "Initiate Refund".

If you are certain you wish to refund your Socital license, and deactivate all related Socital accounts, click on "Confirm & Initiate Refund".

You should then be able to see the confirmation that your license was refunded.
If you have issues with refunding the Socital license or receiving the funds back from AppSumo, please contact AppSumo and not Socital support.
