Where are my visitors data stored?

Socital uses third-party platforms to provide our services to you. Our partners are industry leaders with the highest security standards.

Socital's main assets, where also your visitors data are stored, are hosted on dedicated Virtual Machines on  Microsoft Azure cloud platform, solely on EU data centres.

Who has access to my visitors' data?

Besides you that has access to your visitors' data in your Socital dashboard, Socital's senior engineers may have secured access to our databases on a need-to-know basis for the purposes of maintenance and development of our services to you.
Socital support staff does not have access to your visitors' data.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and according to our terms of service, you (Socital's user) are the data controller of your visitors' data that Socital collects on your behalf. Socital and all third party tools we use to offer our services to you, are data processors. This means that at any time you can request the deletion of the data we have collected and store on your behalf.
