Will Socital slow down my website?

No. The Socital script, the single line of code which needs to run on your website to make your campaigns visible, loads asynchronously, which means it does not block the rendering of any other element of your website. 

It loads on the background while the rest of your website loads. 

We have also ensured that the code that loads on your website is as lightweight as possible.

Note: If you see a delay of loading of the image on your Socital campaign, try to compress and re-upload the image on your Socital campaign to optimize its appearance. Note that even a bigger image on a Socital campaign, still won't slow down your website since it loads asynchronously.
