Socital is incorporated in the United Kingdom and the relevant tax is applied when you purchase a Socital plan.

No country specified

If you haven't specified the country in which your company is incorporated, then by default a 20% tax is applied to your invoice.

Overseas (not United Kingdom)

If your company is incorporated in any country other than the United Kingdom you don't pay tax, therefore if that is the case, make sure to specify the country in the billing details form (changes will be applied on your next invoice).

United Kingdom

If your company is incorporated in the United Kingdom, then a 20% tax is applied to your invoice.
