Connect Iterable to sync leads

With our Iterable integration, you can easily add the leads you have collected from Socital campaigns into an Iterable list.

With Socital's rich subscriber profile such as first name and gender, you can create personalized emails.

This is a quick guide on how to set up your Iterable integration with Socital.

Step 1 Get your API key from Iterable

Go to your Iterable account.
At the navigation menu click on "Integrations" and then on "API Keys".

Copy the API key you will use to connect Iterable with Socital.

Step 2 Connect your Socital Account with Iterable

Go to Integrations in Account Settings in your Socital account.
Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner and choose “Account Settings”. 

From the left-hand menu open the “Integrations” tab. 

Scroll further down the list and click on Iterable.

Add an internal name for your Iterable account and paste your Iterable API key.
Click on "Connect".

When the connection is successful the button will change to "Connected".
Click on Next.

Step 3 Choose Socital fields to export to Iterable

In this step, you can choose which Socital fields, such as first name and gender, you want to sync to Iterable.
Profile fields in Iterable are universal, which means you don't define them per list but they apply to all your contacts in your Iterable account.

Click on "Configure". 

Choose the fields on the popup that opens, and click on "Save".

The fields you selected will be added to your Iterable contacts when you start adding contacts to your list.
Click on "Next". 

Step 4 Connect your Socital campaigns with an Iterable list

In the final step, you can connect your Socital campaigns to an Iterable list.

• Once you connect your Socital campaign with an Iterable list, subscribers from the Socital campaign will be automatically added to your list when they sign up.
• If you haven't created any Socital campaigns yet, skip this step. You have to first create a campaign and then you can connect it to an Iterable list through the Campaign Editor.

For each Socital campaign, you want to connect to a specific Iterable list, click on the drop-down menu in the "Iterable list" column.

From the drop-down menu, choose the Iterable list you want to connect with this campaign.

Click on "Finish".
