Connect Contact Pigeon to sync leads

With our Contact Pigeon integration, you can easily add the leads you have collected from Socital campaigns into a Contact Pigeon list.
With Socital's rich subscriber profile such as first name and gender, you can create personalized email campaigns for your subscribers.

Step 1 Get your API key from Contact Pigeon

• To get your Contact Pigeon API Key you need to contact your Contact Pigeon account manager.

Step 2 Connect your Socital Account with Contact Pigeon

Go to Integrations in Account Settings in your Socital account.Open the drop-down menu in the top right corner and choose “Account Settings”. 

From the left-hand menu open the “Integrations” tab. 

Scroll further down to find Contact Pigeon and click on it.

Add an internal name for your Contact Pigeon integration and paste your Contact Pigeon API key.

Click on "Connect".

When the connection is successful the button will change to "Connected". Click on Next.

Step 3 Choose Socital fields to export to Contact Pigeon

In this step, you can choose which Socital fields, such as first name and gender, you want to sync to your Contact Pigeon lists.

• Click on "Choose which Socital fields will be exported to this list". 
• You can set this up for each of your Contact Pigeon lists that you wish to add subscribers to from Socital campaigns.

Click on "Choose which Socital fields will be exported to this list".

Choose the fields on the popup that opens, and click on "Save".

Note 1: There are specific Socital fields you can add to your Contact Pigeon account. You can't add any Socital fields to your Contact Pigeon lists yet.

Note 2: Review the list of the available fields in our Contact Pigeon integration, and make sure to also ask your Contact Pigeon account manager to create those fields in your Contact Pigeon list.

Click on "Next". 

Step 4 Connect your Socital campaigns with a Contact Pigeon list

In the final step, you can connect your Socital campaigns to a Contact Pigeon list.

• Once you connect your Socital campaign with a Contact Pigeon list, subscribers from Socital campaign will be automatically added to your list when they sign up.
• If you haven't created any Socital campaigns yet, skip this step. You have to first create a campaign and then you can connect it to a Contact Pigeon list through the Campaign Editor.

For each Socital campaign that you want to connect to a specific Contact Pigeon list,
click on the drop-down menu under "Contact Pigeon list".

From the drop-down menu, choose the Contact Pigeon list you want to connect with this campaign.

Click on "Finish".
