What kind of information do I get for the email addresses I import?
Depending on the quality and the structure of the email addresses you import, we may be able to generate the following estimations for the email addresses you import:
- Gender
- First Name
- Last Name
- First Name Normalized in the vocative tense to address subscribers (Greek)
- Age
- Work Data

How long does it take to analyze my imported email database?
Depending on the number of the email addresses you import, generating all of their profiles might take some time as we are fetching all the data from your CSV and running our analysis.
You will be able to see the profiles generated gradually in your Leads tab.
How will I know the analysis is finished?
When you import your email database, you can choose to be notified by email when the analysis has finished.
How many email addresses can I import?
You can import as many email addresses as you'd like, but our standard limit is 10,000 email addresses analyzed.
Returning a gender estimation depends on the email addresses (if a name is present in the email address), therefore statistically we won't return a gender estimation for all email addresses.
That's why you may import more than 10,000 email addresses, but not surpass the limit of 10,000 analyzed with a gender estimation.

How does it work?
Socital does not collect, buy or scrape any kind of information from around the web. The estimations and insights returned for the email addresses you import, are solely based on the text of the email addresses themselves.
How do I import my email database?
Go to " Leads" from the navigation menu and click on "Import Email Database".
- Click on "Choose File" to upload your CSV file with the email addresses.
- Set your email notification preferences for when the analysis is completed.
- Click on "Import".
Once the file is imported successfully you will see a success message.
When the analysis is completed you will receive an email notification.
You can then go to Leads to see the results of the analysis.
Export analyzed email addresses back to your email tool
Don't forget to export your email database back into your email tool along with their gender and first name estimations to personalize your emails.
