Change the text of a campaign's call-to-action button

You can change the text of a campaign's call-to-action button for both lead generation campaigns and simple promotion campaigns.

Tips for call-to-action buttons to increase conversion:

  • Use action-oriented text ("Join the list", "See offers")
  • Make it short (2 to 4 words)
  • Use first-person speed ("Sign me up", "Get my discount")
  • Create urgency with words like now or today ("Subscribe Now", "Shop Now")
  • Showcase value proposition ("Get 10% off")

Lead Generation Campaigns

To change the call-to-action text on lead generation campaigns, while you edit your campaign in the campaign editor, go to the " Design & Content" section.

Scroll further down to "Styling" at "Button Text".

Here you can change the call-to-action text on the campaign's buttons.

What if I have more than one opt-in option (Facebook & Email)

In that case, the text is the same for both buttons, you can't have different text for each button.
Use the tag {{provider}} in your button text and each of the buttons will display "Facebook" or "Email" in the respective buttons.

What is "Email Button Text"?

If you click on the Email call-to-action on the campaign preview on the right, the email input field will show up.

In the "Email Button Text" field you can change the text of the submission button in the email input field.



Promotion campaigns 

To change the call-to-action text on promotion campaigns, while you edit your campaign in the campaign editor,  in the "Setup" section, scroll further down to "Redirect Buttons".

In the field "Button Text" you can change the call-to-action text.

Type in the new text in the input field. You can see the button text change in the preview on the left.

Make sure to check how it looks on mobile devices.
