Target visitors who have seen but not converted to a campaign to increase conversion

With targeting rules, you can target visitors who have seen but not converted to a campaign.

For example, you may want to run an offer to incentivize newsletter subscription specifically to visitors who haven't converted on your regular newsletter subscription campaign.

How to set it up

While you are editing your campaign, go to the "Targeting" section of the campaign editor.

Click on the dropdown menu to see the list with the targeting rules.

Scroll further down in the list and click on "Show to visitors based on their interaction with other Plugins".

Click on the "+" button to add the targeting rule.

In the side panel that opens,  click on "Condition" and select "Has Seen".

Click on the text box below, and  type in the names of each of your past and current newsletter subscription campaigns.

Click on each campaign to add it in the targeting rule.

Click on "Done" to set the targeting rule.

The targeting rule has been set.

Click on the "+" icon again to add another targeting rule.

This time we will set it to show if they haven't converted to the newsletter campaign.

The targeting rules have been set to show this campaign to visitors
who have seen the "Newsletter Subscription campaign" AND not converted to the same campaign.

Don't forget to save your campaign.
