How can I import my Twitter followers in my Socital Account?
Step 1: Connect your Twitter Account
You can only import the Twitter followers of your Twitter account which you own and control. For that reason, you need to connect your Twitter account with your Socital account in order to Import your followers.
- Login to your Socital Dashboard and click on the top right corner to open Account Settings.
- Click on “Account Settings” from the drop-down menu.
- In Account Settings, open the “Verified Social Media Accounts” from the left-hand menu.
- Click on “Verify Twitter Account”.
- Enter your Twitter account credentials in the pop-up window to authorize the Socital application to connect with your Twitter account.
- You can now see your connected Twitter Account in the verified social media accounts list.
Step 2: Import your Twitter followers
- Go to “Data Collect” from the top Navigation menu.
- Click on Twitter “Import” in the left-hand menu.
- Enter your Twitter Account Handle in the pop-up.
- Confirm the Importing of your Twitter followers. Note that this action cannot be reversed after this point.
- You will see an “Import Successful” message in the popup.

Can I create a Custom Audience out of my Twitter followers?
Yes. That way you can explore your Twitter Audience’s demographics, spending capacity, interests and more.
Login to your Socital Dashboard and go to “Custom Audience” from the top Navigation menu.
From the left-hand menu, click on the filter “Source”.
From the drop-down menu, click on “Imported”.
The information that is displayed on your Custom Audience dashboard now is an aggregate view of your Imported Twitter Audience.
You can apply more filters from the left-hand menu to segment your Twitter Audience further.
