Through the Socital platform you have the option to download your Custom Audience as CSV. By doing this, you can export your Custom Audience to the third-party platforms that you are using, like Facebook, and super-target your customers there.
Now, to export your Custom Audience in a CSV format:
1.Go to the “Custom Audiences” tab.
2. Click on “Manage Audience” on the upper left corner of the Dashboard.
3. A list of your saved Custom Audiences will appear.
Find the Custom Audience you want and click on “Export as CSV”.
4. On the window that appears, check all the data fields that you want to be included in your CSV and click on “Download”.
6. Your CSV will start downloading automatically!
