After connecting your Magento and Socital accounts, it’s time import Ecommerce data from Magento onto Socital. Socital allows you to import Ecommerce data for the customers that have subscribed through a Socital plugin, and are therefore already in your Users List in your Socital account.
To import your customers’ Ecommerce data from Magento onto your Socital account simply:
1. Login to your Socital Account.
2. Go to “Data Collect”.
3. Click on “Import” on the left-hand sidebar.
4. Select “Magento”.
5. On the popup that appears, select the Magento app that you want to import user profiles from and click on “Import”.
The import might take some time depending on the number of your Magento users. You will be able to see their Socital Profiles gradually being populated with Ecommerce data from Magento.
Don’t forget to enable the Automatic Sync of Socital and Magento to ensure:
– That every time a user authenticates through a Socital Plugin, all her E-commerce data will be fetched to her Socital profile.
– Periodic update of all E-commerce data to make sure that the most recent purchase data are properly updated to Socital.
To enable automatic sync please go to your Account Settings, choose the General Settings tab under Integrations and click the checkbox to enable the sync.
